British Virgin Islands · Company No. 2209500
Individual trust management built around defined mandates, segregated records and compliance-led onboarding.
Our role
CDF acts as manager under an individual Investment Declaration. The mandate defines permitted assets, limits, risk profile and prohibited transactions before assets are accepted.
What we do
Digital assets are managed for each client under a tailored declaration rather than a pooled public product.
Permitted activity may include acquisition, disposal, conversion and placement in instruments specified by the client mandate.
Client assets and transaction records are maintained separately, with individual wallet-level accounting.
Quarterly reporting covers portfolio value, asset movements, results, fees and expenses.
Client journey
Submit an accession application and initial client information.
Complete identity, source-of-funds, AML/CFT and sanctions checks.
Agree the investment profile, permitted assets, structural limits and strategy.
Transfer assets to verified details, receive individual records and periodic reports.
Governance
Onboarding is completed only after KYC, source-of-funds, sanctions and blockchain risk screening.
Transactions remain within the client-approved Investment Declaration, including concentration and counterparty limits.
Withdrawal instructions are processed to details verified for the client and remain subject to compliance controls.
Transaction dates, amounts, prices, counterparties, fees and blockchain hashes form the reporting record.
Fee framework
Fees are calculated under the Rules and the published Fee Schedule. Direct network, exchange and custody costs may also apply.
